All care workers within Trinity Plus health care are provided with robust and exceptional specialist training, provided by our very own in house trainer and external organisations. Each client is matched to their care worker, and they have a personalised support plan, which will enable the client to thrive removing any triggers to promote a higher quality of life.

Allowing them to maintain their independence, integrate into the community, participate in activities, exploring universal services.
