Qualifications: BA (Hons) in Nursing, she also holds BTEC National Diploma in Health and Social care. She has completed the following training courses: Adult Safeguarding foundation, Conflict Management, Medication Management, Moving & Handling, Health & Safety and Dementia.

With a blend of clinical expertise and strategic insight, Marian continues to inspire her team and enhance the lives of those under her care.

I hold degrees in Business and Technology with post graduate qualifications in Business Growth and Integrated Service Improvement in Healthcare.

Beyond my professional work, I enjoy unwinding with movies and reading books, which fuel my passion for learning and creativity.

In addition to my creative career, I have over 3 years of care and support experience working with vulnerable people. My qualifications include a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care, Level 3 in Understanding Autism, Safety Intervention Training, among others. This background enriches my perspective, allowing me to integrate empathy and social responsibility into my work.
