Managing Director/In house Trainer

With close to two decades of dedicated service in the healthcare industry, I am proud to lead TrinityPlus Healthcare Services as Managing Director while also serving as our In-House Trainer. My journey in health and social care has been driven by a commitment to raising care standards, empowering care professionals, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of training and mentoring over 500 Care Workers and Support Workers, equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to deliver compassionate, person-centred care. From Adult Safeguarding to Dementia Awareness and Clinical Best Practices, I ensure every member of our team upholds the highest standards of safety, dignity, and professionalism.

Marian Ansaaku

Director/Nurse

As a Company Director/Registered nurse with over 20 years’ experience within health care industry covering all aspects of care work, administration.

Qualifications: BA (Hons) in Nursing, she also holds BTEC National Diploma in Health and Social care. She has completed the following training courses: Adult Safeguarding foundation, Conflict Management, Medication Management, Moving & Handling, Health & Safety and Dementia.

With a blend of clinical expertise and strategic insight, Marian continues to inspire her team and enhance the lives of those under her care.

Annette Akrill

Service Manager

With over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, my career has been built on a deep passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care and supporting both clients and staff alike.

Throughout my four decades in this field, I’ve had the opportunity to work across various sectors of healthcare from frontline care to leadership roles allowing me to develop a broad perspective on what person-centred care truly means. I currently hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and I’m excited to be nearing completion of my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services.

As Service Manager, I’m committed to ensuring that every client we care for receives the highest standard of support, and that our incredible team of care professionals feel valued, empowered, and equipped to do their best work. I believe in fostering a positive, supportive environment where staff development and client wellbeing are always top priorities.

Andrea Mitchell

Care Coordinator

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare industry, my passion has always been rooted in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives whether supporting vulnerable adults or providing specialist care for children.

Throughout my career, I’ve been privileged to work across various health and social care settings, gaining a wealth of knowledge and practical skills. I hold both a Level 3 and a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and I’ve had the honour of being an Ofsted-registered Manager on two separate occasions. These leadership roles have equipped me with a sharp understanding of care regulations, safeguarding, and service management — particularly in settings supporting children and families.

My extensive background also includes specialist experience working with children who have complex needs, autism, and other additional support requirements. I pride myself on creating care environments that are nurturing, safe, and person-centred, where every individual feels respected and supported.

Business Support

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, as well as a Master’s degree in International Management with a focus on Human Resources from Teesside University.


With over ten years of diverse experience in administrative roles and five years working within the healthcare sector, I’ve had the opportunity to develop a rich skill set that combines strategic leadership, organisational efficiency, and people-focused management. My background in global affairs and human resource management has given me a strong foundation to navigate both operational and people management challenges with confidence.


What drives me in my role is the chance to foster a positive, supportive, and efficient working environment for both our staff and clients. I’m passionate about team development, creating structured processes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that ultimately enhance the quality of care we provide.

Mohammed Awal Osman

IT Support

I am a competent data engineer with over ten years of experience spanning Health and Social Care, Telecommunication, Customer Service, and Technical Support.

I hold a BSc in Computer Science from KNUST and an MSc in Computer Science from Teesside University. In addition, I have earned an NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care, along with a Care Certificate and CPI Certificate.

Beyond my professional work, I enjoy unwinding with movies and reading books, which fuel my passion for learning and creativity.

George Kudom

Before joining TrinityPlus, I worked as a nurse for six years in my home country, and since moving to the UK, I’ve gained valuable experience as a Healthcare Assistant and Support Worker. This journey has shaped me into a dynamic, observant, and compassionate care professional who always puts clients at the centre of everything I do.


Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with music and watching medical-themed films — it keeps my passion for healthcare alive even in my downtime. I believe in teamwork, continuous learning, and making a positive difference in people’s lives every day.

I am a dedicated and experienced registered mental nurse in Ghana, with over six years of devoted service. I hold a Diploma in Mental Health Nursing and have further enhanced my skills with an NVQ Level 3 certificate in adult care.

In addition to my nursing expertise, I possess valuable experience as a senior care and support worker having worked in various care homes and residential support settings.

Notably, I have successfully passed the UK NMC’s CBT and OSCE exams, demonstrating my commitment to professional excellence.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy relaxing with movies and reading books, which inspire my passion for lifelong learning and personal growth
