Cooperate Social Responsibility
Last month, TrinityPlus Healthcare visited Captain Cook Primary School in Middlesbrough to explore how we can support the children and give back to our communities as part of our Cooperate Social Responsibility. Inspired by the school’s dedication to education, Trinityplus decided to donate iPads to enhance the kids’ learning experience.
On 10th July 2024, our team, led by the Registered Manager Lisa Metcalfe and Care Coordinator Andrea Mitchell, proudly presented four brand-new Apple iPad 10th generation to the school.
At TrinityPlus Healthcare, we are committed to contributing back to our communities. Our goal is to support and hep adult, children, the homeless, and also collaborate closely with our councils to make a positive impact.

Mental Health
Mental illness is a general term that refers to a multitude of illnesses. A mental illness is a disability that significantly affects how a person feels, thinks, behaves, and interacts. All care workers within Trinity Plus health care are provided with robust and exceptional specialist training, provided by our very own in house trainer and external organisations. Each client is matched to their care worker, and they have a personalised support plan, which will enable the client to thrive removing any triggers to promote a higher quality of life.
Learning Disability & Autism
Our domiciliary care service provides personalised care and support in the comfort in the individual’s own home as well as the persons local community. Allowing them to maintain their independence, integrate into the community, participate in activities, exploring universal services. We pride ourselves on the training that staff are provided, to empower the individual in receiving a higher quality of life.

There is no better feeling than being in the comfort of your own home, in your own community, with memories and home comforts. We appreciate this and are available to offer you social companions, should you wish to sit in your home and reminisce, or access the local community, rest assured Trinity Plus Health Care will match you to the support worker that enjoys the same topics, hobbies and activities.
